Help inside Calsa

  • In the app, open You, then Get support.
  • In the AI chat, Get help now is always first in the menu.
  • Both work whether or not you subscribe.

What Calsa does, and what it doesn't

  • When a chat message suggests a crisis or an eating disorder, the reply is written in advance by people, not by AI. It lists the lines for your country and doesn't count toward your chat limit.
  • A support response has no numbers about your body or food, no prices and no ads.
  • Calsa never contacts emergency services, your family or anyone else on your behalf.
  • Taking a break from tracking is always fine. Your diary is kept.

The full protocol, including the signs Calsa looks for, is in our Health & Wellness Notice. Replies from [email protected] can take up to a day, so in an emergency, call instead.
