Delete your Calsa account and data at any time, in the app or without it. Here's what happens and what we keep.
Two ways to delete
No app needed
By email
- Write from the email of your account, subject "Delete my account".
- We confirm within 10 business days.
- We delete within 28 days.
Lost access to that email? Tell us, and we'll help you confirm the account is yours.

What is deleted
- Profile, goals and weight history
- Food diary, photos and logging phrases
- Your own foods and recipes
- AI chats and chat memory
- Data imported from Apple Health or Health Connect
- Settings, sessions and devices
What is kept, and for how long
Only records the law requires, or that no longer say anything about your health.
