Open You → Help → Write to us or use Contact support. You can also email [email protected] without an account. You do not need to ask the AI first, enable it or have an active subscription.

Describe what happened, the step you were taking and any error shown. Review any optional attachment before sending. Your whole diary is not attached by default. In the app, success is shown only after the server accepts the message and issues its reference. If sending fails, keep the text and use the offered retry or email route.
