What can the chat see from my diary or the current screen?

Chat can use your current screen, today's diary, goal, food exclusions and other permitted profile information. Its diary window depends on your plan: today for Calsa Start, 30 days for Calsa, and your full diary for Calsa Premium. Saved memory is used where your plan and choices allow it.

Health values and calculations derived from them require separate permission and a question about those values. Without that permission, the AI receives the goal and remaining amount without Health activity. Check Based on under an answer to see what informed it.
