You can download your data and choose whom to share it with. The archive includes a readable copy and machine-readable data.

Whether another app can import it depends on that app's accepted formats and fields. A complete Calsa export is not a promise that every service can read it directly.

Before sharing, check the archive and send only what the recipient needs. It may include more than your food diary, including chat, account and payment information.
