When do messages renew, and what happens to unused messages?

Your monthly chat allowance renews on your payment-date cycle, including a monthly refill within an annual subscription. Unused allowance carries into the next month up to one month's allowance for your plan. Calsa spends carried messages before the new allowance, then purchased-pack messages.

The renewal date appears when your balance reaches zero. A lower plan reduces carried allowance to its limit. Subscription end removes that carried allowance. Purchased message packs do not expire and remain after subscription end. A new subscription starts with its regular monthly allowance.
