Which actions use my chat messages?

A normal chat question costs one message whether the reply is text or spoken. Changing a diary entry by words also costs one. A menu photo or fridge photo question costs two. Listening again to an answer already shown uses no messages. Spoken replies require Calsa Premium.

Questions about Calsa, weekly and monthly reviews, failed requests, model refusals and risk-support answers use no messages. Food recognition has its separate daily allowance, not the chat balance. The plan still determines whether a particular chat feature is available.
