How do weekly and monthly AI reviews work?

Weekly AI reviews are available in Calsa and Calsa Premium, by asking about your week or opening the review card in Progress. Monthly reviews use the senior model and are available in Calsa Premium. Calsa Start does not include these reviews.

Reviews use your recorded data and should distinguish gaps from complete days. They do not change your diary or goal without your action and do not arrive as unsolicited chat messages. Weekly and monthly reviews do not use your chat-message balance. Check the period and Based on before relying on a comparison.
