How are weekly averages and the meal-time chart calculated?

Weekly averages use the week's recorded days. A day with no entries is not counted as zero. The meal-time chart places recorded meals by hour, with colour indicating time of day. It describes your recorded meals rather than judging your schedule.

Missing meals can still make an average incomplete. Mark a partly logged day as incomplete so it is excluded from the separate calculation that adapts your energy estimate. Review the dates and recorded days before comparing one week's averages with another's.
