Which parts of my history transfer, and which do not?

The CSV history route accepts individual foods, meal totals, daily totals and weigh-ins. It preserves the information present in the file instead of reconstructing missing ingredients, portions or nutrients. Missing nutrient values stay unknown.

Recipes, photos, notes, exercises, goals, allergies, medications and other biometric measures do not transfer through this route. Before confirming, review the kinds of history, dates and unused columns. If the file includes both detailed foods and totals for the same period, choose which layer should count so they are not added twice.
