Where can I find my receipt and identify a Calsa charge?

Check the receipt from the service where you purchased: Calsa's web billing, App Store or Google Play. Compare its date, amount, plan and billing period with You → Subscription and the charge you are investigating.

Web statement descriptions include CALSA and the plan or message purchase. Store purchases follow the store's billing records. A statement alone may not identify which Calsa account owns the purchase. If the receipt and access do not match, contact support with the billing service and transaction reference, excluding full card details and sign-in codes.
