Where can I check my refund or find out why it was declined?

Check the refund request and decision in the billing service where the purchase was made. Apple decides App Store refunds. Calsa handles applicable Google Play cases through the store and web cases through web billing. Processing and bank posting are separate stages.

A cancellation confirmation is not a refund confirmation. If a request was declined, compare the purchase type and request date with the rules shown for that purchase. Contact support with the request state and receipt reference if unclear. Calsa cannot promise that Apple will approve a request or a particular bank-posting time.
