Is my Apple or Google billing account the same as my Calsa account?

Your Calsa account holds your diary and access. Your Apple or Google billing account owns the store purchase. They can use different email addresses, and signing in with Apple or Google does not by itself identify every store purchase.

Use the same Calsa account for your history and the store account that made the purchase when checking billing or restoring it. Apple sign-in may use a private relay email. If a purchase is not recognised, check both accounts before paying again and contact support without sending passwords or sign-in codes.
