How do I cancel?

Open You → Subscription. For a web subscription, choose cancellation there. For an App Store or Google Play subscription, open the store's subscription management from that screen and complete cancellation in the store. You do not need to give a reason or accept another offer.

Cancellation stops future renewal, while access remains until the end of the paid or trial period. Check the confirmation and end date. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

If Calsa confirms that your web cancellation request is recorded, you do not need to submit it again. We will complete the cancellation with the billing service and refund any renewal charged after your request. If the request could not be saved, try again or contact support.
