How long do you keep my diary, photos, chat and voice recordings?

Your account history stays available after your subscription ends. You can read it, export it for free or delete your account. Ending a subscription does not erase your diary, weight history or chat.

Different data have different retention rules. Food photos stay with their entries until deleted. Label, menu and fridge photos are kept for 24 hours. Voice audio is not stored. Words used in an entry can remain as part of that entry.

Payment records are kept for seven years and for at least one year after the subscription ends. A payment attempt confirmed as unsuccessful, with no charge, is kept for 13 months after that final result.
