How does photo logging work?

Take a photo of the meal or choose one from your gallery. Calsa identifies possible foods and proposes amounts, then shows a draft before saving. The calorie values come from matched food database entries, rather than a calorie number invented by the model.

Check each food, add anything missing and correct the grams. You can adjust the whole portion, but confirm individual amounts when you have checked them. Hidden oil, sauce or ingredients may need your help. A photo cannot measure everything on the plate.

Most answers here take a minute to put into practice. Snap a photo or say what you ate, confirm the grams, and watch your calories and protein add up through the day.
