I know the calories. Can I enter just a number?

Yes. Use quick add and enter the calorie number, with an optional name. You can enter nutrient values you know too. Calsa records explicit numbers as given and does not call AI to invent a food behind them.

Check whether the label value covers the whole portion or only one serving before saving. Quick add is useful when you know the total but not the ingredients. It keeps the entry in your diary. Missing nutrient values remain unknown rather than being filled as zero.
