Why is the camera blank or unavailable?

Calsa asks for camera permission when you choose the camera or barcode scanner. If you declined, open your phone or browser's settings for Calsa and allow camera access, then return to the scanner. The store app and browser have separate permissions.

You can choose a food photo through the system photo picker without granting access to your whole library. For a barcode, enter the code manually or search if the camera cannot be used. If permission is allowed but the preview still fails, contact support with the platform and whether photo and barcode previews both fail.
