When will I hear back about a food report?

The result of a food report is sent by email within 7 days. The reviewer checks the evidence against the label, manufacturer, restaurant publication or source record. Acceptance creates a new shared version. Rejection leaves the shared database unchanged.

Your own correction can be used in your diary during the review, so you do not have to wait to log the food. An acknowledgement is not the final decision. If the result has not arrived after that period, contact support with the report reference rather than sending the same label repeatedly.
