Can I use kilojoules, ounces or stone?

Open You → Units and time to choose kcal or kJ for energy, grams or ounces for food, and kilograms, pounds or stone and pounds for body weight. Defaults follow your country, and you can change them.

Changing display units does not change the amount of food you ate or move entries between days. For label comparisons, check the energy unit as well as the serving: a kJ value is not the same number as its kcal value. Individual portions can also use supported measures for that food.
