How do I match columns, dates and units before importing?

In Import history, match each relevant column and check sample rows before confirming. Choose the file's date format explicitly. Ambiguous dates are not guessed. In the Calsa History CSV v1 template, dates use YYYY-MM-DD and decimal numbers use a dot.

Check energy units, weight units and meal names. Kilojoules can be mapped explicitly to calories. Kilograms and pounds are supported for weight. Food nutrients are values for the entire row, not automatically multiplied by its amount. Salt versus sodium and available versus total carbohydrates are not silently substituted.
