Who can access my data, and are they used to train AI?

Access is limited to the purposes and permissions needed to provide the service. AI processors receive the information needed for the permitted action only after the relevant consent. Their contracts prohibit using it to train their models. That does not mean every part of your account is sent for each request.

Open You → Privacy and data → Who gets your data to review the named processors and their uses. Support does not need your whole diary by default. Choose and preview any relevant personal material separately when seeking help.
