Can I import without AI or after my subscription ends?

You can import with AI switched off while your trial or subscription gives you access to add diary entries. After that access ends, you can read, export and undo earlier imports, but cannot add a new one.

The file and preview are processed on your device. Only the selected history rows are sent to your account after confirmation. A new import also needs your health-data consent. Check You → Subscription and Privacy and data before starting. Importing does not change your goal.
