Which apps and file formats can I import from?

Calsa imports compatible UTF-8 CSV history, including files you map to the Calsa History CSV v1 template. MyFitnessPal, Cronometer and Lose It! exports are possible sources, not a guarantee that every version of their exports matches automatically.

Open You → Privacy and data → Import history. ZIP archives must be unpacked on your device first. Choose the relevant CSV. This route does not read PDF, XLSX, JSON or photos. Review the proposed column mapping and preview before confirming anything is added to your diary.
