What do the nutrient ranges mean?
Nutrient labels compare recorded period averages with your goals or reference ranges. Protein and fibre are compared with your own goals. Carbohydrate, fat and protein energy shares use their stated reference ranges. They describe a measure, not a score for you or your diet.
Open the relevant Progress tile to see the period and measure. Sugar comparisons use total sugar available in the food database, although the WHO reference concerns free sugar, so that comparison is stricter. A partly completed today is not judged as a completed day.
